She knows firsthand that true success isn’t just about wins; it’s about developing confident, resilient humans ready for life on and off the field.

With over 20 years of experience, Lori supports student-athletes (from youth to collegiate level) and their parents as they navigate the pressure, setbacks, and emotional highs and lows of competitive sports. As a former team co-captain, national and international gymnastics competitor, and Sprint Triathlete who qualified for the National Championships, Lori’s athletic career speaks for itself. But it’s her passion for mindset coaching that transforms performance into lasting growth for both athletes and their families.
